Situated on one side of the Peace Gardens and forming part of the flagship St Paul's Place development this second building is constructed over seven floors to provide 65,000 square feet of Grade A office space. The upper floors are clad with unitised curtain wall incorporating natural sandstone columns and spandrels, bespoke louvre grilles, external balconies and MAS F50 curtain wall to the ground floor.

As part of the masterplan for the regeneration of the Heart of the City it is the first phase of four buildings and encloses the Peace Gardens forming a new public square. This modern office building is clad with fully unitised curtain wall incorporating natural sandstone, louvre grills, vertical brise soleil and a ground floor area utilising MAS F50 curtain wall with a bespoke structural mullion capable of spanning the double height space.
