The Obel
Belfast, Northern Ireland:
Forming a new landmark and set in old Belfast the Obel is the tallest building in Ireland, measuring 85 metres (280 ft) in height and the tower contains 233 residential apartments. Located on Donegal Quay the building has unrivalled views over the whole of the city, the Titanic quarter and the River Lagan. The external façade was constructed in structurally glazed fully unitised curtain wall with custom designed acoustic trickle ventilation
