We employ over 240 employees, which includes our office, factory and site based employees. We mainly use subcontract labour for our England based contracts which are managed and supervised by our own employees. Our company annual labour turnover for 2008 was 10.65 %. Retention of our employees is very high. Our annual turnover for 2008/2009 year is estimated to be £29 million.
In October 2001 we were accredited with Investors in People, in recognition of a company culture that that nurtures the personal development of its employees, we were reassessed in October 2004 and again in October 2007.
The company uses the Balanced Score Card as a tool which focuses on delivering improved results by enabling more coherent management of the company by establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in the following four key interrelated areas; Financial, Customer, Internal Processes, Learning and Growth.
The company is committed to compliance to the quality system and to its continual improvement. Quality is audited regularly by a team of auditors and reviewed by the Senior Management Team who set and review quality objectives. In addition, we recognise that good management includes all environmental matters and will ensure that environmental protection and the prevention of pollution are part of all decisions, policies and practices.

The Company is committed to operating within and promoting Safe Working practices. Safe-T-Cert is based on the 'best practice' requirements of relevant international and national bodies, including the ILO guidelines. Safe-T-Cert is a recognised system under the 'Buildsafe' initiative in Northern Ireland and the 'Construction Safety Partnership' in the Republic of Ireland.
