The façade for this distinctive, three storey office building was complete by McMullen Architectural in 2009. The architect was looking to achieve an open plan office with background ventilation which McMullen were able to deliver through the glazed in vents. By incorporating the MAS 50 Modular system the vents are glazed into the curtain walling system without distinguishing between fixed and opening vent
