McMullen has been appointed as the facade contractor for this twelve storey building to be used as a student accommodation block. Originally designed in Metsec walling with windows it was decided that because of the uniformity of the facade and the staggered layout it would be ideal for unitised construction, giving high quality factory assembly and ease of site installation.
