McMullen Architectural have secured a new project with Mace plus at 95 Gresham Street, London. This building will be a mix use development of commercial office and retail space and is the redevelopment of Princes House and Bartlett House behind a part retained Portland Stone facade. Works will comprise windows, curtain wall and atrium glazing. Picture attached is the retained facade.
