Products ~ A new HQ building for East Thames Housing Group, one of the largest providers of affordable housing in England. Designed to accommodate approximately 750 staff this new building is situated on the edge of a conservation area, each façade having a different character suited to its immediate context.

The basic façade has been constructed as a unitized curtain wall, some areas incorporating moveable solar shading, some fully glazed and there are areas which incorporate projecting pre-cast concrete panels. Not just another facade but a challenging project where the curtain wall had to be designed to carry the weight of the concrete panels and yet still be manufactured off site and installed as part of a unitized system.
