Providing student accommodation alongside Victorian mews houses in the heart of Kensington this sensitive development has two distinct façades. Aluminium windows and doors, into precast concrete panels to the front, and MAS F50 curtain wall, with bespoke grilles and solar shading louvres to the rear elevations, - forming a series of complex, stepped glazed elements.
