Set in the Waterfront area of Belfast and close to the Waterfront Hall and the Hilton Hotel the Soloist development offers modern office space at one of the city's premier addresses. This new landmark building represents a further phase in the regeneration of Belfast City centre. Designed by award winning Norwegian architect Neils Torp the façade is constructed with glazed curtain wall with external timber aerofoil solar shading.
